Tze-Huei Choo and Chewie Choo are joining forces after each having successful careers on their own. Tze has experience in high-end restaurants and hotels, as well as corporate catering, while Chewie previously owned a restaurant and now runs his own hospitality company. Now they open a cafe called Mitch and Antler.
